The AMOS Customer Relationship Management program enables AMOS users to monitor their relationships with all their customers and tracking the ongoing pre-sales activities with potential and existing customers. This allows the sales team to improve communication with their customers and to target marketing campaigns more efficiently. It is easily possible to create “Visits” to trigger the feasibility analysis of customer work requests.
The AMOS Quotation Manager manages the entire quotation process from request/analysis/approval until final billing. The creation of quotations is now facilitated by applying pre-defined customer pricing strategies to an AMOS imported customer data file containing the requested workscope. The calculation and analysis of fixed-price and CAPs (both Labor & Material) are fully integrated and allows the customer’s commercial team to rapidly compile the most suitable offer.
