Air Corsica takes off with AMOS

Swiss-AS is glad to welcome a new member in the AMOS customer community: this week Air Corsica has signed for AMOS! Air Corsica is a French regional airlines headquartered in Ajaccio. It operates passengers services from Corsica island to continental France, Belgium, England and Italy with a fleet of 12 ATR72 and A320. Authorised PART145, Air Corsica conducts its own maintenance on its fleet with qualified staff, and it has an ATO training centre for initial training and skills’ support for Air Corsica pilots and mechanics.

2018 – a successful year for Swiss-AS in many ways

In 2018, Swiss-AS proudly welcomed 12 new customers to the AMOS Community, amongst them Ural Airlines, Kuwait Airways, LIAT, Bamboo Airways, Lufthansa German Airlines and Air Tahiti Nui. Another highlight of the year was for sure the AMOS Customer Conference that took place in October in the beautiful city of Lucerne, Switzerland. Furthermore, for the first time, Swiss-AS offered a series of AMOS Adoption Seminars to the Customer Community.

We are currently in the process of releasing 12.20 – get to know how this works in a nutshell!

Swiss-AS publishes two major AMOS releases per year (June, December). In-between two releases our development teams deliver working code every two weeks based on user stories described by business analysts and developers – these two weeks are called a sprint. After the sprint new functions are presented to other Swiss-AS staff like business consultants and trainers and early feedback is collected.
