Complaint procedure
In order to identify, minimise and prevent risks related to child labour as early as possible, Swiss-AS relies on reports submitted via its complaint channels. Swiss-AS employees and third parties such as customers or suppliers have several complaint channels at their disposal: for example, they can contact the Lufthansa Group Human Rights Office directly via an electronic whistleblower system or by means of an external ombudsperson.
Reporting
Swiss-AS is included in the report of Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).
