Swiss AviationSoftware (Swiss-AS), is pleased to announce that it has strengthened its market presence with a significant change in ownership of its overseas offices, underlining its commitment to global expansion and enhanced customer service.
Effective 1st of January 2024, Swiss-AS has acquired full ownership of its AMOS offices in Miami (Americas), Singapore (Asia-Pacific), and Tokyo (Japan), which were initially opened and run in cooperation with its partner Lufthansa Systems.
This pivotal transition underpins Swiss-AS's ambition to lead in the high-potential American and Asian/Pacific markets.

The new branch office will offer us great opportunity to grow the business and build the appropriate team to support it” says the Head of AMOS Americas office, Daragh Cunningham.
Pierluigi Calù, Head of AMOS Asia Pacific office, completes: “We have witnessed significant growth over the past seven years, from a team of three employees to a thriving group of sixteen professionals and opening a second regional office in Tokyo. We already provide consulting, project management, data migration, IT operation, hosting, and support from the Singapore and Tokyo offices. The new branch office will allow us to cement even more Swiss-AS and AMOS brands, allowing us to keep growing the local talents to provide even better services to our customers while also increasing the business in APAC”.
