Job Title Business Consultant/Project Manager (US Business Unit)
Task Primary Tasks:

• Manage AMOS software implementations and provide business consulting support for the AMOS Americas business unit.

• Primary contact and responsible person in AMOS implementation projects. Oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of multiple simultaneous client projects. Plan, schedule, monitor and report on activities related to the projects; including financial health and status of the project; all risks, issues, changes; deliverables.

• Understand our customers requirements and suggest how best these requirements can be met by our product AMOS. Produce business requirements specifications including analysis & reengineering of existing business processes.

• Support the AMOS Customer acquisition process, incl. product presentations, workshops, exhibitions and general support Assist with the building of a complete profile of the Americas MRO market and general market research.
Requirements • University Degree (preferred).

• English native speaker (additional languages are an asset).

• Minimum 5 years of aviation industry experience.

• Extensive experience in a project management environment (preferably consulting or software solution implementation-to-client projects) as well as a very good knowledge and understanding of aircraft maintenance and operation processes and the relevant regulations

• A very good understanding of the basic practices, procedures and principles of project management. Ability to multitask two to three simultaneous projects using strong organizational skills. Good knowledge in requirements facilitation and business process mapping

• IT knowledge of one or more MRO software systems (Ideally AMOS) incl. appropriate Databases is essential. MS Office, in particular MS Powerpoint and MS Project

• Team work and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel. (note: much travel over extended periods is expected to provide services at our customers).

• Relocation to our Business Unit located in Miami, FL, USA.

• Valid US work permit.
